Whether you are consciously trying to be healthy or not, your current lifestyle creates a certain environment with your body that those cells must live in. Imagine them like goldfish living in a goldfish bowl. Is your goldfish happy and healthy, is the bowl full of clean healthy water? Or is your goldfish sick because your goldfish bowl is full of dirty polluted water?

Health is about so much more than just a diet. Health is about being centred in all aspects of your life. Health is a chain of different factors and you are as healthy as your weakest link. We often take health for granted right up until we lose it, the trouble is that health doesn't just disapear over night. Our health declines one cell at a time. There are many things that can affect and damage our cells, but it is the things that we do on a regular basis that really have the most affect. Eating is something that we do every single day and no truer words have been said that we are what we eat. Eating all the right things can't always add more years to your life, but what it can definitely do is help you add more life to your years.
